What this site collects. What it does not.

The free audit form asks for a name, a website URL, and an email. Other notes may include a practice and a callback. That is so SolvaraCare can reply. It is not patient intake.

Do not send patient names, dates of birth, insurance IDs, diagnoses, or any other protected health information through these forms or to tomcouture@solvaracare.com. If you do, we will delete it and ask you to use a clinical channel.

Notes you send via your email app go to tomcouture@solvaracare.com. We use them to reply and to run the audit you asked for. We do not sell them, and we do not put them in a public dashboard.

The AI visibility checker reads only public pages (robots.txt, llms.txt, homepage). It does not log in, and it does not store your scan behind an account.
